The MB2 Family Foundation is the official 501(c)(3) charitable organization of MB2 Dental, created to support team members during life’s most challenging moments. Whether in a local practice or at MB2 Home Base, the Foundation provides financial assistance to employees facing unexpected hardship—from medical emergencies to natural disasters—so no one has to navigate it alone.
Funded by the generosity of our 12,000+ team members, the Foundation brings together every role across the organization—from clinical teams to support staff—creating a shared commitment to take care of one another when it matters most. Through relief grants, families receive support during serious illness, injury, and other life-altering events, providing meaningful help when it’s needed most.
Beyond immediate relief, programs like the Elves Initiative create moments of joy by supporting families during the holidays, while scholarship opportunities help team members and their families invest in their future.
